Our Process

We understand that building or remodeling your home can feel overwhelming, which is why we created our structured process to ensure an exciting, yet stress-free experience.

Schedule an Initial Consultation

Every project begins with a discovery meeting—either in our showroom or on-site. Whether you're planning a remodel or building a new home, this first step allows us to understand your needs, style, and vision.

Design, Sketch, & Estimate Costs

Next, we develop an initial design concept with line drawings to help you visualize the layout. You'll receive a preliminary estimate, and we'll identify whether contractors are needed for any structural, plumbing, or electrical work.

Refine Details & Make a Commitment

Once the concept and estimate align with your goals, we ask for a commitment to move forward. This marks the beginning of our formal design partnership and allows us to dive deeper into the details.

Review Renderings & Select Materials

Here’s where the fun begins. We create 3D renderings that bring your vision to life, finalize the layout, and refine the estimate as needed. Then, we guide you through selecting materials—cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and finishes—for a cohesive and personalized design. If you’re working with a builder or contractor, we coordinate directly with them to keep everything on track.

Finalize Contract & Begin Project

At this step, we map out the timeline, coordinate with installers, and set clear expectations with a contract. Focusing on communication, we ensure a smooth, stress-free process.
